This position is responsible for taking photographs of vehicles to support online sales efforts. These images will be published online at marketplace.autura.com.Vehicle images will need to be taken within specific parameters set out by the Autura Marketplace team. These vehicles are located at different tow yards across given region that you will be expected to drive to. You will be required to take 8-10 photos per vehicle. This position is considered remote, but you will need to drive to each assigned project. You must have a smartphone and vehicle to apply (you will be using your smartphone to take the vehicle images & you are expected to drive to each assigned project). Availability: 15-20 hours per week Pay: $10 per vehicle Job Responsibilities: Capture and process electronic images of vehicles at tow yards across a given region. Ability to lift vehicle hoods for engine pictures and crouch for catalytic converter pictures. Ability to walk around in all weather conditions for up to 2 hours or more. Qualifications : High School Diploma/GED Basic computer software skills are preferred. Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in a related field. 1 year of experience in photography preferred; experience in digital and computer processing a plus. 1 year of car mechanic experience preferred. The Opportunity This is an R&D position in attention-based models. We are currently searching for 1 or 2 R&D Engineers with a strong track record in machine learning models research. This is an extremely ambitious foundational project. There is a flexible GPU budget associated with this specific project, guaranteed to be in the 7-digit range minimum.
