ANIK is serving the city of West Hollywood in California by covering the Halloween Carnaval - a yearly celebration on October 31st. This amazing event brings together people to share and enjoy tradition and art with creative costumes on a night to remember. Who we are looking for: ANIK is currently seeking social and ambitious individuals to fill our Experience Ambassador positions. We are looking for walking exclamation marks! What do we mean by that? We want people who are friendly, enthusiastic, tenacious, and eager to be successful. This position requires someone who embodies the following values: Hospitality Positivity Reliability Hard Work Ethic Integrity Experience Ambassadors (field interviewers) intercept our clients’ guests with a welcoming attitude to conduct our Guest Experience Assessments (questionnaires). Experience Ambassadors are the key to completing our Guest Studies (surveying) to extract vital guest insight, gain genuine opinions, and pinpoint current problems (data collection). Responsible and honest Requirements: 18 years of age minimum High social endurance to engage with guests throughout the day Ability to stand on feet for long periods Responsibilities: Arrive at pre-scheduled client location ON TIME with a positive attitude, ready to engage with guests and passengers Collect all necessary tech gadgets from your supervisor Study the Guest Experience Assessment to familiarize yourself with the survey/questionnaire Get out there and start to engage with guests and passengers by conducting Guest Studies (surveying or field interviewing) with the given Guest Experience Assessment (questionnaire) Report back to your assigned Supervisor at end of day with all information collected, plus receive the following day’s report time & location Return all given tech gadgets back to Supervisor Required Training: Experience Ambassadors will be required to complete an onboarding session and an orientation with ANIK’s Managerial Team. Once the onboarding process and orientation is complete, training will begin on the first day of the project. Report Locations, Hours & Dates: West Hollywood, California Approx. from 5pm-11pm WeHo Halloween Carnaval - Oct 31st, 2025 Pay Rate: $23 per hour with great opportunity for bonuses Attire: White polo or t-shirt (must be plain) ANIK-branded lanyard and name tag (provided by ANIK) Pants with no tears or sagging Plain jackets/sweatshirts permitted (black or white) with no prominent logos or verbiage Closed toe shoes (preferably with rubber soles for safety). Make sure shoes are meant for walking and staying on your feet throughout the day. You’ve made it this far! We must be a match.
