About the Role Servers play a key role in creating a warm, memorable guest experience while representing Chef Dale Talde’s celebrated food and hospitality vision. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong knowledge of food and beverage, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest. Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations for food, wine, cocktails, and pairings. Participate in pre-service meetings, tastings, and menu tests to stay current on all offerings. Accurately input orders into POS system, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages. Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure seamless service. Follow all opening/closing side work, cleaning, and reset duties. Adhere to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. Qualifications 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting. Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor with a team-first mindset. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Benefits $16.50/hour (base wage of $11.00/hour + tips). Typical tip earnings range $200–$250 per shift. Employee dining discounts and opportunities for training and growth. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays, plates, and glassware.
