🚛 CDL-A FLATBED • STEPDECK • CONESTOGA – GREAT PAY! 🚛 💰 PAY STRUCTURE Flatbed & Stepdeck: 30% of weekly gross revenue. Gross potential up to $12,000/week depending on miles driven. Approximate take-home (30%): • 2,500 miles → $7,800 gross → driver ~ $2,340 • 3,000 miles → $9,360 gross → driver ~ $2,808 • 3,500 miles → $10,920 gross → driver ~ $3,276 • 3,800 miles → $12,000 gross → driver ~ $3,600 Conestoga: 70 CPM (fixed rate) 🧾 EXAMPLE WITH EXTRA PAY If you run 3,000 miles → $9,360 gross + 2 tarps ($50 each = $100) + 1 oversized load ($150) New gross = $9,610 Driver take-home = 30% of $9,610 = $2,883 (Extra tarp and oversized pay are added to gross first, then 30% is paid out to driver.) 🚚 EQUIPMENT 2022–2026 Trucks: Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo 760/860 Trailers: Flatbed, Stepdeck, Conestoga 📍 RUNNING AREAS All 48 states (Not forced dispatch). Position Specific Duties: Operate chairlifts within the guidelines of Washington State tramway safety committee rules and ansi b77 code books. Required to conduct Daily, Weekly, and monthly inspections for any existing or potential problems, to maintain and repair lifts according to prescribed procedures see maintenance manuals. Must be able to open assigned lifts for operation: Turning on main power (480 vac), turn on low voltage, perform all stop and safety checks at all stations, check all fluids at stations including primary, secondary, spacing gear boxes, brakes, hydraulic tension, apu and tertiary reservoirs, battery fluid levels and so forth. Perform drive checks: checking all machinery and mechanical parts of the drive station, including primary drive, auxiliary drive, primary, secondary, and spacing gear boxes, fluid levels, batteries, terminal sheaves, tires, belts, brake pads, hoses, and so forth.
