Litigation Attorney– Small civil litigation law firm seeks attorney for a full-time associate position. The firm specializes in the defense of traditional general liability areas such as personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, product and premises liability, and defense of business entities in sex abuse claims. We provide a collaborative and relaxed atmosphere, encourage growth, development and mentoring opportunities in a hybrid office environment. Successful candidates will have excellent litigation, communication, research and writing skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to legal research, preparation of legal memoranda; written discovery; document review and production; conduct depositions, all facets of case management, dispute resolution and court proceedings. Position Summary  The Nautilus Solar Energy Associate General Counsel, Real Estate will play an essential role in supporting, managing, and advising on the legal aspects of real estate and site control matters for NSE’s solar projects throughout all stages of development, financing, and operations.
