Job Requirements ✔️5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required. ✔️Skilled across multiple trade areas under and learning from skilled carpenters, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians. ✔️Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred. ✔️Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas. ✔️Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability — can independently assess and fix most issues in a home. ✔️Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching, and painting). ✔️Customer-friendly attitude — great listener, strong communicator, proactive. ✔️Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and tools.
