The Foreman is expected to work overtime when needed, starting early, staying late, and performing hands-on tasks to keep projects on track. The position demands sound judgment and initiative, with the ability to read field conditions, adjust priorities on the fly, and keep the office informed on problems, corrective actions, and long-term solutions.
