Responsibilities include assisting Project Manager with the following: • Material Ordering – Review project proposal and order material accordingly; review Purchase Orders from vendors; and follow up on material orders • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones • Weekly project scheduling • Create change orders for projects as needed • Draw detail sketches and specifications • Coordinate with Estimator to review plan take-offs for accuracy Requirements: • Minimum 2 years field installation and 1 year project coordinator experience • AutoCAD Drafting experience, a plus! • Must be able to read and understand construction plans and finish schedules • Computer literate.
