NOW HIRING: Fleet Mechanic Windsor, CO | $65,000–$85,000/year | Full-Time (40–50 hours/week), Year-Round Lead. Maintain. Keep the Crews Rolling. Southern Exposure Landscape Management is looking for a skilled and motivated Fleet Mechanic to take charge of our growing fleet. With over 25 years of building and maintaining outdoor spaces in Northern Colorado, we know that great work starts with dependable equipment — and that means we need someone like you to keep everything running strong. What You’ll Do: Manage maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles and equipment Track and schedule service needs Prioritize repairs and coordinate with outside vendors when needed Maintain shop inventory — keep supplies stocked and ready Develop a preventative maintenance program based on hours/miles Walk the yard daily and review weekly checklists for any red flags Perform test drives and inspections as needed Handle CDOT inspections, registrations, recall notices, labeling, and more Lead with a hands-on approach — set the tone for safety, reliability, and efficiency This job description is not all-inclusive.
