Job Description: We are a BMW & MINI Cooper specialty shop seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our fast-paced, high-volume team. The ideal candidate will have verifiable BMW, MINI, or German vehicle experience. Dealer background is preferred but not required. We will also consider technicians with VW, Audi, or Mercedes-Benz experience. You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within. This role requires extensive field experience in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete forming, as well as expertise in grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting.
