Large garden style apartment community is seeking a maintenance technician for this 189 unit property located in Kent. Prior maintenance experience is preferred but will train the right attitude. Appliance repair skills an added plus. Starting pay is $26 per hour and up DOE. The schedule is full time, Tuesday-Saturday. Required to share on-call after hours emergency cell with the supervisor.
