Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members. - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members. - Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing company events. - Reconcile vendor statements with invoices for accuracy and make payments as needed. - Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. - Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment. - Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks as needed. - Communicate effectively with staff members at all levels of the organization. - Pulling permits with local Building Departments (Clark County, City Of Vancouver, Cowlitz County, and City of Portland) - Keeping track of the installers timecard via internet app. - Ability to multi-task is key for this position. Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent front desk etiquette with a professional phone manner. - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Need someone reliable, that can be here everyday and on time. We’re a small business looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and attention to detail. Little to no knowledge of chainsaws or chain is necessary, however being mechanically minded is a must. Unbox chainsaw chain and detangle looped chain. Measure length of chain and count drive links. Be able to identify different types of chainsaw chain. Properly loop chain together using chain breaker and rivet spinner. Prepare chain for packaging. Set timers for chainsaw sharpening procedures. Load and unload chainsaw automatic chainsaw sharpener with chain. Maintain chain sharpening machine and procedures. Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude. Physically able to lift heavy objects up to 60 lbs. Attention to detail with good eyesight. Good verbal communication skills to follow multi-step verbal instructions. 3+ years of work experience (in any job or military position). Able to read and follow work orders. Reliable transportation.
