Description

As a key member of our Customization and Maintenance Team, you will help shape, build, and maintain workspaces across our Bay Area locations. From installing our modular, eco-conscious Apiro Walling System, to customizing feature walls, resolving facilities issues, and supporting access system upgrades—your work directly influences the member experience at Werqwise. Key Responsibilities: Execute workspace customizations, including feature wall installation, whiteboard mounting, and office reconfigurations Perform preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and safety checks Work with the Customization and Maintenance Manager to complete high-quality, tech-integrated buildouts Respond to member requests professionally and efficiently Maintain clean job sites and follow all safety protocols Ensure all work meets internal standards and reflects the Werqwise brand Qualifications: Hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, framing, and painting Familiarity with tools, hardware, and workspace installation techniques Comfort working around technology (e.g., access control, digital displays, low-voltage systems) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent work Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, member-first environment What We Offer: At Werqwise, our values guide everything we do: Listen Hard – We pay close attention to both our members and our team.
