POSITION SUMMARY It is the primary responsibility of the reservationist and dispatcher to provide excellent customer service to our clients and chauffeurs as they facilitate the reservations and dispatch processes. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures. Looking for a trustworthy, intelligent and mobile person to help manage a small apartment building (36-units) part-time. The Leasing Agent is the front-facing representative of the property, responsible for resident relations and day-to-day operations that support high occupancy and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and proactive in managing leads, move-ins, renewals, and service coordination.
