Line Cook Compensation: Starting $16-18 to be reviewed in 90 days Employment type: Part time 32 hours per week Line Cook Under the supervision of our lead chef, this position will generally assist in all aspects of creating our finished food offerings. Involves chopping, cutting, mixing, toasting and grilling according to our recipes and standards. The position also includes limited dishwashing and one day a week taking the lead in cooking. Care, safety, pride of work and consistency are top priorities. Key skills also involve teamwork, prioritizing, working under pressure and customer service. General Accountabilities Inspects and cleans food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature.
