On-Site Apartment Manager (Part-Time) – Koreatown, Los Angeles We are seeking a responsible and organized On-Site Apartment Manager for our 63-unit apartment building located at 301 S. Kenmore Ave., Los Angeles (Koreatown). This is a part-time role, about 3–4 hours per week. Compensation: -Reduced rent: Pay only $933.33/month (1/3 off market rent of $1,400) -Minimum wage for hours worked -$25/month mobile phone allowance Tenant Qualification Requirements: Since you will also live on-site, you must meet the following to qualify as a tenant: -Minimum credit score of 600 -Minimum gross monthly income of $3,500 Job Responsibilities -Show and lease vacant units -Create and post notices (entry notices, late rent notices, 3-day notices) -Conduct tenant move-in/move-out inspections -Provide access to tenants and vendors as needed (unlock doors, replace keys, etc.) -Communicate with tenants and relay information to property management -Promote positive relations with residents, vendors, and prospects Position Requirements: -Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills -Good communication and customer service skills -Ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and management -Flexible schedule and availability -How to Apply For consideration, please reply with your resume and a brief introduction about yourself.
