Position Overview: As a Front Desk Associate at PURE PRESS DRY CLEANERS, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers, receive and process their orders, and address inquiries. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the front desk area and waiting area clean and organized. Ensure brochures, promotional materials, and business cards are well-stocked. Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and orderliness of the store. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and orders. Update customer information in the system as needed. Collaborate with the back-end team to resolve any discrepancies in orders. Upselling and Promotions: Promote additional services, such as express cleaning, alterations, or seasonal promotions. Encourage customers to enroll in loyalty programs for discounts and special offers. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar front desk role is preferred.
