The BIM Modeler 2 role is an intermediate level modeling position that is responsible for providing modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. This is a member of the production team that will create most of the detailed drawings for projects and may function as a detailer as determined by supervisor. Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.
The Role
Air is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of exceptional, user-centered experiences across mobile and web. You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution - working ahead of engineering to translate ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive designs that scale across platforms. By owning the product design process end-to-end, you’ll unlock faster decision-making, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure our product keeps pace with the demands of multiple platforms. Your work will not only elevate our design quality and consistency but also empower the team to take quick, strategic bets that drive measurable impact for our customers and the business.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Partner with product and engineering to define and shape product direction, with a strong lens on mobile and web experiences.
Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, user-centered design opportunities.
End-to-End Design Execution
Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery through polished delivery, across mobile apps and desktop.
Deliver best-in-class UX and UI that feel native to each platform.
Ensure consistency while tailoring interactions to iOS and Android patterns.
User Advocacy & Research
Drive user research and usability testing to validate ideas and refine mobile and web experiences.
Champion the voice of the user, proactively surfacing pain points in both desktop and mobile flows.
Design Systems & Craft
Evolve and maintain design systems to support responsive and mobile-first design.
Set a high bar for design quality, accessibility, and platform consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible across mobile and web.
Clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders and balance business goals with user needs.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped, high-impact digital products (ideally at consumer-app heavy businesses or high-growth SaaS companies).
Proven ability to design for both web and mobile platforms, with deep knowledge of mobile UI patterns and constraints (iOS and/or Android).
Strong interaction and visual design skills, including creating intuitive flows, polished UI, and accessible, scalable design systems.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools. Figma mastery is a must.
Experience working closely with product managers and engineers from concept through delivery, balancing user needs with business goals.
Ability to use data and research to inform design decisions, and to iterate quickly based on feedback.
Clear, confident communication skills to present work, explain design rationale, and advocate for the user experience.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking talented and creative Video Editors - Projects (Contractor) to support our Content team. The Video Editors - Projects (Contractor) will edit a variety of content, such as podcasts, comms videos, and game highlights, for our LTA and VCT teams, while adhering to strict quality, deadlines, and performance standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content production, proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, and a passion for esports.
This position will collaborate closely with our Content team to edit content that showcases our team, players, and events, while engaging and growing our fan base.
This is a remote contractor position open to candidates around the world. Applicants must submit a video content portfolio, preferably with League of Legends and VALORANT content, to be considered.
What You’ll Do:
Edit high-quality video content, including podcasts, comms videos, game highlights for League of Legends and VALORANT quickly and efficiently, while ensuring it adheres to platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
Ensure that video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Maintain a quick turnaround on deliverables without sacrificing quality and best practices.
Deliver videos by deadline with the ability to take and incorporate feedback for revisions as needed.
Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours to align with Pacific Time deadlines.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
1+ years of experience in video editing.
Experience with various video formats, including short-form, long-form, and live streaming.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Familiarity and passion for esports, entertainment, and pop-culture.
High understanding of League of Legends and VALORANT.
Must submit a video content portfolio to be considered.
Ability to critically think on the fly and adjust behavior and solutions to the situation at hand.
Ability to apply intelligence to practical, real-world scenarios, where a “book solution” doesn’t necessarily exist.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (or related field) and 5-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in the telecom industry.
Must have tower design experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
Proficient in industry-standard software such as TNX tower, design spreadsheets, and RISA with project management and client relationship experience required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills And Competencies
Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative.
Apply relevant codes and standards based on project-specific jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
