Role Overview:  The Billing Support Specialist will play a crucial role in the financial operations related to patient services. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing, claims, payments, and collections by performing the key responsibilities listed below. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the revenue cycle, excellent analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal staff.    Job Type: ·      Full-time ·      In-person *You Must Reside in the Denver Metro Area Schedule: ·      40 hours/week ·      M-H 8am-5pm, F 8am-2pm Pay: $20-22/hour Key Responsibilities: ·      Utilize payer portals and place phone calls to carriers to verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.  Obtain necessary documentation required for authorization. Secure authorizations for new and ongoing patients.  ·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each patient’s account related to coverage, benefits, and eligibility.  ·      Communicate with patients regarding their accounts, providing clear and concise explanations of benefits, expected charges and other claims related questions.  ·      Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and changes affecting the practice.  ·      Review and resolve claim denials, by generating evidence-based appeals to submit to insurance carriers.  ·      Other duties as assigned by supervisor.    Qualifications: ·      High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred but not required.  ·      Experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management, preferably in a pediatric or therapy setting preferred.  ·      Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, etc.).  ·      Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and billing systems.  ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  ·      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  ·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  ·      Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.  Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.  Supportive and collaborative team environment.  Opportunities for professional growth and development.  Work-life balance with no charting required at home.  401(k)  Dental Insurance  Flexible spending account  Health insurance  Health savings account  Life insurance  Paid time off  Parental leave  Vision insurance  If you're passionate about making a difference and you meet the qualifications outlined above, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Summary The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the firm’s billing and collections processes with a strong focus on supporting successful fee motions and post-judgment recovery. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of legal billing procedures, the ability to work closely with attorneys and court clerks, and the organizational skills to manage timelines and compliance for court-ordered fee collection. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor accounts receivable ledger for all active cases with fee entitlement. Collaborate with the Fee Motion Leader to prepare, submit, and track court-approved fee requests. Generate and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court orders, retainer agreements, and settlement terms. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks to facilitate timely payment. Proactively follow up on outstanding balances and implement escalation procedures when necessary.
