Description

I’m a local real estate agent looking for a creative part-time videographer to help me capture consistent, high-quality social media content mainly home tours and short lifestyle clips. What you’ll do: • Film basic home tours (60-120seconds) and short 5–7 second clips for Instagram/TikTok/Reels. • Use an iPhone with a gimbal (required). • Drone footage is a plus (but not required). • Join me for shoots about once a week (flexible scheduling). • Editing skills are a bonus, but not required — main focus is filming clean, steady, professional-looking content. What I’m looking for: • Some experience filming real estate, lifestyle, or event content. • An eye for framing and capturing homes in their best light. • Reliable, creative, and easy to work with. • Owns or has access to an iPhone gimbal (and drone if possible). Compensation: Hourly/Per shoot — based on experience. Part-Time VMix Operator for Cannabis Talk Show (On-Site) (King of Prussia)
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Vmix Operator to join our on-site and on-air production team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in live video production, understands the cannabis movement, and can confidently manage technical workflows using VMix. We would love for you to be able to join the conversation on the show through the control room. You’ll be supporting live or pre-recorded shows twice a week, ensuring smooth broadcasts, transitions, overlays, sound, and visuals. Key Responsibilities: Operate Vmix software during live and pre-recorded productions. Set up and test audio/video inputs, camera feeds, and graphics before each session. Monitor and manage real-time switching between scenes, media, and sources. Ensure visual and audio quality meets production standards. Troubleshoot technical issues on the spot during live shows. Collaborate closely with the production team, hosts, and guests during sessions. Export and back up recorded content as needed after each session. Qualifications: Prior hands-on experience using Vmix for video production is required. Solid understanding of multi-camera setups, audio mixers, and streaming outputs. Strong technical problem-solving skills under time pressure. Experience with chroma keying. Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented. Willing to work on-site in our studio. A general understanding of the cannabis industry. Must be available every Tuesday and Thursday. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Knowledge of other broadcast tools (OBS, Zoom, audio mixers).
