We are looking for serious professionals that have at least five (5) years experience in the Security Industry and five (5) years experience in Customer Service. The building you are securing is luxurious. Celebrities and successful businessmen live in the building. We need our guard to be professional, clean and to present well. Security Guard We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The Security Guard will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions by observing, reporting, and intervening when necessary. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and control access at facility and building entrances and vehicle gates. • Patrol premises regularly maintain order and establish a security presence. • Respond to alarms or suspicious activity. • Investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or unusual activity. • Write detailed daily reports and incident logs. • Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies consistently. • Respond to emergencies (medical, fire, etc.) and alert appropriate services when needed. • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when required. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role is preferred. • Valid security license or guard card (as required by local/state regulations). • Basic first aid and CPR certification are a plus. • Good knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety. • Excellent surveillance and observation skills. • Strong integrity and professionalism. • Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
