Knowledge of Mitchell and other estimating platforms a plus. Qualifications: *Must have knowledge to blueprint vehicles. *Ability to create, implement and manage quality repair plans, including ECDs. *Ability to work in a fast and high production environment. *Ability to build and lead teams to achieve location goals and targets. *Experience to performance manage teammates to create a career path and professional growth. *I-CAR and/or ASE a plus *Must be eligible to work in the U.S. *Must have a valid driving license. *Must agree to and pass a thorough background check.
