Stone fabrication company with 20+ years in the industry seeking a skilled Stone Fabricator and/or Installer to join our team. As a Fabricator/Installer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to manufacturing, cutting, polishing, installing and preparing slabs of materials such as Quartz, Granite, Marble, etc. for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools, operating heavy equipment, and working with various masonry materials. If you have experience in stone fabrication / installation and enjoy working with your hands, we encourage you to apply. -DUTIES- - Use hand tools and power tools to cut and shape materials according to specifications. - Operate heavy equipment such drills, buffers and grinders. - Install quartz, granite, marble, and other materials as needed in commercial or residential spaces. - Restore and repair damaged structures or surfaces. - Assist with polishing tasks. - Assist loading and unloading materials to and from our warehouse. -REQUIREMENTS- - Proven experience as a Stone Fabricator or similar role. - Proficiency in masonry or similar. - Familiarity with hand tools and their safe usage. - Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent problem-solving skills - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) - Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus. - Knowledge of CNC machining is a plus. - Knowledge of 5 Axis Bridge Saws is a plus. Project Coordinator We are looking for a project coordinator to assist with shop fabrication, shipping and receiving. The project coordinator will carry out the necessary daily tasks to keep a project on track with minimal supervision once trained. MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities: Monitor the daily progress of production. Check to make sure all parts are completed and ready for shipping Schedule trucking Ensure load lists are correct and communicate any discrepancies to Project Management. Receive all incoming orders and check to make sure orders are complete. Must have exceptional computer skills. FabTrol or Fabsuite/Tekla EPM experience is desirable but not required.
