Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services. Prepare and review repair estimates and invoices. Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process. Sell necessary services based on technician recommendations and vehicle history. Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written). Confidently explain automotive services and repair in a way customers understand. Professional demeanor with excellent phone and interpersonal etiquette. Solid reading and writing abilities for work orders and customer communication. General knowledge of automotive systems and services (prior experience in the industry a plus). Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment. You will interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and scope documents, as well as coordinate material, labor, and equipment needs to keep projects running smoothly. A key part of the role includes ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and OSHA compliance is maintained. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, maintaining daily field reports, and communicating effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients.
