As a Property Preservation Foreclosure Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing vacant properties in foreclosure. This position requires both indoor and outdoor work, as well as a strong ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Perform property inspections and assess the condition of properties in foreclosure. • Secure properties by changing locks, boarding up windows and doors, and ensuring that the property is safe and secure. • Conduct regular maintenance tasks including lawn care, trash removal, and debris cleanup. • Winterize properties to prevent damage from the elements. • Maintain accurate records of completed work and submit reports in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients. • Ability to perform basic repairs Must have own transportation and able to complete jobs w/out direct supervision.
