Duties include answering the phone and directing calls, greeting walk-in customers, processing mail and payments, scanning documents, some bookkeeping (Quickbooks knowledge helpful but not required), and other related office duties. Office hours are Monday though Friday 8:30 AM to 5PM with 1hour paid lunch and at least eightpaid holidays. Ten paid days of sick and/or vacation days increasing to 15 days after second year.
