What you’ll do Batch prep for the week: bake off bacon, mix scone & puff doughs, roast vegetables, and prep sandwich fillings. Small-batch items: lemon curd/aioli/vinaigrette, granola, cookies (scoop/freeze; bake a tray). Label/date (FIFO), cool safely, sanitize, and keep the station dialed. Must have Reliable. No call-outs. You can work both shifts every week. Prep/baking experience (follow & scale by weight; work clean and organized). Food Handler’s Card (or get within 30 days). Can lift 30 lb and stand up to 3 hours; safe knife/oven habits. Nice to have Pastry basics (laminating/rolling), freezer prep, portion control.
