Manada Tech is looking for a new site dispatcher! We are looking for someone who is a great listener, strong communicator, has a positive attitude, and diligent in completing tasks. The right person will have exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and work experience in a role demonstrating their ability to drive customer and client satisfaction. Finally, our site dispatcher should be comfortable with being an escalation point of contact for our customers, and an individual who can address issues with products and services. Site Dispatcher will support the Site Manager in managing escalation and workflow from Manada’s partners and clients.   This position will be onsite at our Polk City, FL office. Flex schedule AM/PM Coverage 40 Hours Weekly $16/ hour Requirements Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. An understanding of work order scheduling, route management, and dispatch services (or strong willingness to learn) Read and speak English (Spanish Fluency a positive) Punctual with excellent attendance. Possess strong time management skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, copy machines, etc.) Able to effectively communicate and respond promptly to e-mail, voicemail, system messages, and requests with the correct grammar and punctuation. General knowledge of office management practices and procedures. The shipping clerk is responsible for shipping parts to customers domestically and internationally, overseeing inbound and outbound packages for transportation. As a shipping coordinator, your job duties include communicating with shippers to provide rates, managing large quantities of packages, and assisting with various routing tasks. The Shipping Coordinator is the communication liaison between Customer Support and The Shipping department and will work closely with the Inventory team. Specific Responsibilities Include: • Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy. • Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. • Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
