No 1099 earnings, you have guaranteed weekly base pay with earning potential in the 6 figures! What We Offer: Base Pay: Full - time, W2 position, $20.00 per hour + bonus + commissions Earning Potential: First year income opportunity up to $150,000 including hourly wages, commissions, and bonuses. Requirements: • Valid Florida 2-15 License (required) • 1+ years’ experience in final expense (preferred), but not required (we train to mastery) • Availability to work Monday through Friday, including late afternoons and evenings • Strong organizational and communication skills • Digital proficiency and ability to navigate multiple computer systems • Ability to pass a background check.
