ICON is conducting a clinical research study at our facility in Lenexa, KS. We’re seeking: • Healthy, non-smoking men and women • 18-65 years old • Women must be of non-childbearing potential • Men must have had vasectomies • Available for 1 stay of 6 nights, 2 outpatient visits and 1 follow-up phone call Qualified study participants may receive compensation up to $6,600 for time and travel. The study is for adults with moderate or severe methamphetamine use disorder who are interested in stopping or cutting down their use of methamphetamines. Study participation lasts about 13 weeks and includes a screening visit, inpatient stay at University Hospital, non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment sessions, weekly follow-up study visits, two MRI scans, completion of study surveys and interviews, and online cognitive behavioral (CBT) sessions. 1) Adults age 21-65 2) Current diagnosis of moderate or severe methamphetamine use disorder (MUD) 3) Use of methamphetamine at least 10 days in the past month 4) Interested in stopping or cutting down methamphetamine use 5) Able to complete an inpatient stay at University Hospital for TMS treatment sessions Other study inclusion/exclusion criteria will be evaluated by the study team. ***If you are interested, please reply with your email address and phone number.***

If you are older than 40, please do not apply** We are conducting a study on neural activity following substance use. To participate, you must be right-handed, have used cigarettes and/or used e-cigarettes (e.g., a Juul or other nicotine vape) on a nondaily basis in the past month, and have no metal in your body. Evening / weekend scheduling and assistance with transportation are available. If eligible based on a 20 minute pre-screening and 1 hour interview, participation will include two 5-6 hour visits to the lab, and 2 follow-up phone interviews. You may earn up to $400 for full completion of all study components. Each visit will involve: • Tests and questionnaires to measure thinking abilities and decision making • An MRI at the OHSU Advanced Imaging Research Center • Before each MRI scan, you will consume a legal, non-prescription substance at a dosage proven safe for human consumption.
