Found cat (Cocoa)

I found this cat in Cocoa off of Pluckebaum. I believe he is a neutered male, very friendly and talkative. He’s to friendly to be a stray, he will let me pick him up, touch his paws, etc. He is large, I would guess about 15-17 lbs. I took him to the vet and he did not have a microchip.
