Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, to remove snow from assigned commercial sites according to site maps and instructions. Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Arrive on time and prepared for each shift. Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity and duration of snow events. Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours. Reliable transportation to assigned commercial sites within the Dedham, Waltham, Framingham, Westborough, and Worcester areas.
