Hansen Crafted Homes – St. Petersburg, FL We’re looking for a motivated Handyman / Jack-of-All-Trades to join our growing residential remodeling team. About the Role You’ll assist with a wide range of home renovation and finish work across our projects in the St. Pete area. This position is perfect for someone with hands-on construction experience and a good general understanding of residential remodeling. Responsibilities Perform a variety of tasks including: - Framing and light carpentry - Drywall installation and patching - Flooring (especially LVP) - Trim-out and finish carpentry - Tile installation and grout work - General punch-list completion - Work independently or with a small team to meet quality and timeline expectations - Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow company safety standards - Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners as needed Requirements: - General knowledge of residential construction and finishing trades - Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship - Reliable transportation and positive attitude - Ability to provide photos of past work or completed projects - Electrical or plumbing licenses not required We Provide: - All necessary tools and equipment - Supportive, family-oriented team environment - Consistent work with opportunity to grow within the company Compensation: 💰 $15–$18/hour, depending on experience and skill set 📸 Applicants are asked to include photos of their past work and a short list of trades they are proficient in.
