Position Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agents or a Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our expanding team. These roles involve working directly with trucking clients to provide quotes, bind policies, issue endorsements, and support compliance needs. Qualifications For Agents: Active 2-20 or 4-40 Florida Insurance License (or ability to obtain). For CSRs: Prior insurance office/customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of commercial auto/trucking insurance is a strong plus. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with insurance management systems a plus. What We Offer Competitive pay (salary + commission opportunities for licensed agents and CSR).
