Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency for every dish that leaves the kitchen. Manage ticket times efficiently to ensure a smooth and steady flow of service, especially during peak hours. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work station (mise en place). Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies. Collaborate effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to create a positive dining experience for our guests. Assist with inventory tracking for your station and communicate ordering needs to management. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant.
