We've garnered media attention for our distinctive design, culinary offerings, and signature wedding events. http://www.foxfiremountainhouse.com http://www.instagram.com/foxfiremountainhouse http://www.lostfoxinn.com https://www.instagram.com/lostfoxinn ************************** Server Responsibilities Include: - Setting up dining spaces for dinner service - Offering impeccable service and hospitality for guests of the hotel/tavern - Taking & entering orders into Toast POS - Seating guests utilizing RESY reservation software - Serving & clearing food & drink to/from guests - Marking tables appropriately for courses - Offering table side wine service - Ability to converse with guests effortlessly and build rapport - End of night cleaning/maintenance of the Lost Fox Inn tavern - Relaying food and beverage orders, allergies & special requests from guests to team members - Responding urgently and appropriately to any concerns - Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices - Anticipating guests’ needs and offer engaging service and hospitality - Maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment - Presenting a professional appearance and mannerisms at all times - Working efficiently in tandem with other team members We're Looking For a Candidate Who Has: - The ability to work creatively and be passionate about your craft - The ability to work within a team - A need to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing, seasonal menus for both our restaurant and on-site events. - Passion for detail, consistency, and timing - A desire to learn, grow and evolve as a hospitality professional - The ability to communicate clearly, positively and proactively with all departments to ensure a great staff/guest experience - Strong spirits and wine knowledge with ability to provide tableside wine service - Minimum 2 years experience working in an upscale dining environment - Wedding event experience preferred but not required Required Schedule: - Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm - Saturday 2:30pm-10:30pm - Sunday 2:30pm-10:30pm - Monday 2:30pm-10:30pm Compensation & Benefits: - $24/hr. Lost Fox Inn is proud to pay its staff a living wage and does not request tips, service charges, gratuities or administrative fees. Tipping is welcome but not necessary.
