JOB SUMMARY Responsible for assisting the Property and Regional Manager in handling the day to day operation of the property. An Assistant Property Manager will be asked to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management as well as displaying maturity and good judgment. Assistant Property Manager serves as the individual responsible for the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
