Cars are our investment and Chad's shop is his investment. He took such good care of my car and went above and beyond to make sure I got quality work that was done correctly. He looked at the car with me when I drop it off, pointed out the problem. Picked the car up the next day and he looked with me underneath and pointed out everything he had done to my car. He will not settle for %99.9. he does not markup parts prices by huge amounts he will actually tell you what it costs and his labor rate is a fair rate. I know what it should cost for a mechanic to fix, and that's what I paid. Make this shop your go to shop for your repairs and maintenance. Best shop in west Omaha. Finally! A mechanic I can trust! They didn't inflate the cost of the repair, told me how much the part was (I already knew, but nice to know they weren't just trying to charge me more), and the time it would take.
