About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
