We are Sonoma County’s premier dog boarding and daycare facility, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Kennel Technician and Front Desk Doggy Concierge to join our team ahead of the busy summer season! As a part of our close-knit team, you’ll play an essential role in providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. If you’re ready to spend your days surrounded by wagging tails and happy pups, we’d love to hear from you! Front Desk Key Responsibilities: -Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. -Scheduling and checking out reservations and appointments. -Conducting tours of the resort for prospective clients. -Providing attentive care to our feline and small animal guests. -Keeping the front desk & lobby area clean and tidy. -Serving as the welcoming face and first impression of our company! Kennel Tech Key Responsibilities: -Take dogs out for their morning potty breaks. -Feed the dogs and make sure they always have fresh water. -Clean kennels, wash dishes, and do laundry throughout the day. -Supervise our daycare playgroups to ensure safe and positive interactions. -Clean and maintain outdoor play yards, including picking up dog poop. -Spend time with the dogs—play, cuddle, and give them lots of love and attention! What We’re Looking For: - No Experience? No Problem! We’ll provide training for the right candidates. Any experience with animals is a bonus. - The most important qualification? A true love for dogs and a strong work ethic. The animals rely on us, and your coworkers need to be able to rely on you! - Ability to work efficiently and handle tasks with a positive attitude. - A team-player and a self starter: Able to work as part of a team to get the daily tasks done, while working independently and keeping busy without constant supervision. Shifts and Hours: - 8 & 4 hour morning and evening shifts available, must be available to work weekends. - Morning shifts are 6:30-11 AM or 6:30-3 PM and evening shifts are 3-7 PM or 11-7 PM. - Enjoy holiday pay and the opportunity to work with animals every day of the year—we’re open 365 days! - We are looking for a minimum 6 month commitment. **Opportunity for advancement into Lead positions accompanied by pay raises.** How to Apply: Ready to join our dog-loving team?
