Follow up on incidents to ensure they are resolved within established timeframes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all information is properly documented.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide suggestions to the team.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers of different profiles.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in customer service (desirable but not essential).
Basic knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, live chat, etc.).
Good problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick and effective decisions.
