Operations Supervisor (Kendall)

Growing Insurance General Agency is seeking a person with an excellent work rhythm, commitment, responsibility, quick learning ability, adaptability, and the capacity to embrace change, who will supervise a team. The candidate will be required to request reports, discuss results, and present improvement proposals to senior management. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, service-oriented, with strong oral communication skills in Spanish and ease of expression, capable of solving problems and handling various work situations, motivating and managing work teams, as well as leading a large number of personnel (more than 50 people). Office work. On-site. 40 hours per week or more. Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays, except during peak seasons. Paid vacations after one year of continuous employment. Experience: Personnel management. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.); Excel is required. Knowledge of Dropbox and English language skills are a plus.
