Job Opening –Office Manager (Construction Industry) Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the administrative operations of our growing construction company. This leadership role is essential to the day-to-day efficiency of our office and supports the management team in delivering timely and effective project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment. • Coordinate and manage administrative staff and assign daily tasks as needed. • Monitor and follow up on Notices to Owner (NTO) and project documentation. • Supervise Accounts Receivable and assist with basic financial oversight. • Manage commission calculations and payments for the sales team. • Act as a liaison between departments to resolve administrative or operational issues. • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. • Support company leadership with various administrative tasks and reporting. Qualifications: • Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role (preferably in the construction or related industry). • Strong understanding of general office management, financial coordination, and workflow organization. • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email platforms, and cloud-based file systems.
