Senior Administrative Coordinator Position Summary: Columbia Investments, Ltd. is based in North Portland. The company needs a seasoned administrative assistant to provide support to the executive assistant and CEO. The ideal individual for this position would be a self-starter, works well under pressure, and can prioritize the needs of the office. Primary Responsibilities: • Provide executive level support to the CEO • Maintain office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed • Answer busy multi-line phone system • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments • Order, pick up and set conference room for daily luncheons • Retain, track and process monthly expense reports • Maintain the office filing system • Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills: • Must have excellent oral and communication skills • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, forward thinker • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Great customer service skills • Able to perform responsibilities with a high level of professionalism Qualifications: • High-school diploma or AA degree • 3-5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant • Expert in Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) Compensation: • Salary + benefits commensurate with experience (please provide your requirements in your application)

Our office is rather overloaded. It's a blue collar shop. And they need an amazing, upbeat, on task person to aide them for the next couple of months plus. You're rehearsed and professional in customer service. You multi-task. You're accurate. You're simply out of work and need something to fill the gap while you shop. When not busy in our shop, you won't mind helping with the cleaning. We're looking for someone to help us from 9 to 5. We have three people in the office and shop - besides the owner. One of them works 7 to 3 or 4. One from 7:30 to 3:30 or 4:30, and one from 10 to 6, who shuts it down. If you're the person we're looking for, you'll reply with an attached resume. If you're the person you're working for, you'll want to recreate our wheelhouse and make us more efficient. Not yet. For this moment, watch us, feel us, learn us, and wait for a month or so to change things. We're busy. If you're the person we're looking for, you'll also answer the following questions. As forementioned, we're busy. The temp services in this world want to charge us $24 an hour and pay their person $18. We'd like to make arrangements to pay $30 under the table (meaning we pay the taxes), or $35 an hour if we can send you a 1099. It's a temp gig. It's a stretch to fill this need - simply checking.
