This is a full time or contract role. In this position you will be responsible for doing appliance repair, maintenance and install work for our residential customers. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, 5+ years of appliance repair experience and great customer interfacing skills. Job Responsibilities Diagnose issues with home appliances like Dishwashers, refrigerators, Garbage disposals, trash compactors, washer, dryers etc. Repair , Install and conduct maintenance on home appliances Provide reliable estimate of time and efforts for repair and install orders Order and Pickup parts for repairs. Documenting appliance make/model and condition for homes in our service plans. Entering details of work and explaining the need for any additional maintenance and repairs in our maintenance software. Updating work tracker and providing status update on the jobs to the supervisor Contributing to improvements in our service by providing regular feedback and suggestions based on experience in the field. Qualifications Able to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently while ensuring highest quality work. Skills and physical capability to perform tasks listed in the job responsibilities. 5+ years of experience in residential home appliance repair. Ability and experience to work with all major appliance brands. Good communication and customer interfacing skills, able to understand and follow instructions. Required to be available for emergency repairs, with overtime Background check required Valid Drivers license Must have their own service truck Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations Experience repairing premium appliance brands like Thermador, Wolfe, Thor etc. preferred.
