We are hiring someone part time to work Saturdays (9:30am - 5:15pm) and some occasional Sundays (9:45am - 4:15pm) Bay Crossings operates as part in-person Clipper Customer Services provider, transit information/sales, and retail store. We are seeking an upbeat, punctual, friendly, reliable, dedicated employee who can handle a high volume of customers and calm the occasional upset one. The position requires extensive customer service to sell merchandise and answer public transportation questions. Having a general understanding of the Bay Area public transit system would be very helpful, but we will teach you what you do not know. Cash handling experience is preferred.
