





Join our small but dynamic civil litigation and employment law firm as a Litigation Paralegal and play a key role in supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation. You’ll assist with case preparation, discovery, trial support, legal research, and document management — making a real impact on meaningful cases. Three years experience working as litigation paralegal working at a California law firm is required; please do NOT apply if you don't meet this qualification. What You’ll Do Prepare case files, organize evidence, and assist in trials, hearings, and depositions. Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other tools. Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and discovery responses (you must know and understand discovery) Manage case documents and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for discovery and case preparation. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases. Excellent writing and communication skills. Experience with case management/document systems (iManage, etc.).
