Responsibilities: Provide warm, professional, and attentive table service to all guests. Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations with confidence and knowledge. Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a polished appearance in all dining areas. Uphold the restaurant’s fine-dining standards and ensure a memorable guest experience. Requirements: Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge or interest in Asian cuisine (Chinese & Japanese) is a strong advantage. Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking kitchen staff is a plus. Positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism are essential. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
