





AAA Food Equipment Co. has provided sales and service of commercial restaurant equipment in the Austin and surrounding area for over 35 years. We are family owned and operated and in need of a dedicated professional to fill the position of Bookkeeper/Office Manager. This person will be able to communicate effectively while performing a variety of accounting and customer service functions. This person will work directly with the Sale & Service Manager. Job duties include: answering phone, greeting walk in customers, entering daily invoices, maintaining inventory report, mailing monthly account statements, preparing bank deposits, entering, paying, and preparing invoices for monthly bills, bank reconciliation, calculating and submitting monthly sales tax reports, calculating commission for Sales staff, prepare time card for processing, maintaining employee files. Required experience: 5 years Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Sick & Vacation Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
