The mission of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Department of Public Safety is to protect life and property, maintain order, investigate crimes, enforce all applicable laws and ordinances, protect natural resources, enforce Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Fishing, Hunting, and Forest codes, investigate violations, arrest and issue citations on violators within the boundaries of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Reservation and within the boundaries of the Point No Point Treaty Area. This position will perform required case management services, maintaining client caseloads consisting of individual with varying degrees of disabling conditions to assist them in achieving a competitive employment outcome. The program manager will coordinate care in a client-centered manner, focusing on individual strengths, and the needs of the client, and conducting vocational evaluations to assist the client in job placement. The opening will be a 3 month position starting approximately March 2nd, 2026. This is a great opportunity to work in one of the most highly regarded dental practices in the area. Candidate's work experience is less of a concern than being passionate in educating our patients and helping them improve their oral health as well as confidence in co-diagnosing periodontal disease and oral pathology with the dentist. We are happy to offer training or help if the candidate is new to hygiene. One doctor, 2 hygienists, 3 assistants and 1 front office in total. We are a busy practice with active re-care patients scheduled 6 months in advance. Hygienists will not be asked to see more than one patient per hour.
